Do I have to be injured or healthy to undergo this analysis?
No, this analysis is beneficial for individuals regardless of their current health status. Whether you're aiming to optimize performance or prevent injury, our analysis can provide valuable insights tailored to your needs.
Is there a minimum speed or specific clothing required for the gait analysis?
No, there's no minimum speed requirement, and you can run at a pace comfortable for you, typically less than 10 minutes. We begin the analysis with clients running at an easy pace. While not mandatory, tighter shorts are preferable for the analysis. Avoid clothing with reflective markings, as we may need to cover them with tape. Please wear your usual running shoes and refrain from applying lotion beforehand. Additionally, the minimum height requirement for the analysis is 4 feet tall.
